Why neutral wire don't give electric shock?

we all know that the current always choose low resistance path to flow.
In case of neutral wire the resistance value is too much less approximate R=0.

why? Because Neutral wire is come from the transformer, which secondary winding is connected in star & that neutral wire is grounded to the earth so the resistance of neutral wire is very less.

Best grounding resistance in between 5 Ω to 10 Ω.
Our body is resistance between 1000-10000 Ω (resistance vary because of body moisture, you wear ring or any metallic part on your body).
The our body resistance much higher than the neutral wire Hence when we touch the neutral wire we don’t get electric shock.
